CORE BALL-The core ball or stability ball was designed to tone and firm the mid-section of the body and is one of the most effective methods of getting in shape. Though the ball may look intimidating, everyone can do core ball exercises.

 YOGALATES-Yogalates is designed to strengthen both the mind and the body through the combination of poses and exercises.

BELLY BUSTER-A combination of cardio and core ball exercises targeting the abdominal area.

TONE & SCULPT-A combination of upper and lower body exercises using hand weights, squats and lunges.
